Guruji's teaching, word for word

I was pained with the limiting love of mortals. I experienced the divine grace of Lalitā. I enjoyed passion and peace, great sights of beauty, heavenly music, dance, and pleasures that Apsarās gave. I asked Her: Devi, you have given me so much peace and pleasure. How can I share it with others? She showed me a vision. “See this? Build this Śrī Cakra for me to stay in with my retinue. They will teach how to balance peace with passion, bhoga with mokṣa.”

Her retinue of razor-sharp intelligences called Khadgamālā came dancing here. They had nothing to hide. Some wore only perfumes of nature, some only ornaments as Goddesses do. Their faces glowed with an inner joy. They had heavy breasts to feed all.

They wanted nothing, yet they give everything to every visitor. They were free spirits of nature. Their beauty and serenity is for us to see, enjoy, and absorb. They teach us divine love. They reflect the purity of our inner desire to love and serve all. They show us how we can be free and natural like them.

Now it is our turn to open up. Absorb their divine energies here. Become whole again. Speak what you think. Do what you speak. Leave double talk behind. Be who you really are. Not what others demand you to be. This place has very high love energy. Living in beauty, harmony, freedom, and love are truly possible here. You regain your lost freedom here.

This is a place for practicing great traditions of Lalitā. Devotees join in closed circles of bliss: Amṛta, Ānanda, Caitanya, Śṛṅgāra, and Saundarya. Manmatha is Her Ṛṣi, Rati is the Sthāyī Bhāva. As Śyāmā, the Hlādini (pleasure) power, She is the female form of Kṛṣṇa. Rāsa līlā, dancing in circles, is her main mode of worship. She is pleased by worshipping Kanyās and Suvāsinīs. She unites ecstatically with Śiva, creating worlds of experience, receiving worship to Her creative powers.

All fine arts are Lalitā’s rainbow rays. Sacred music and dance, painting and modeling, storytelling, yoga, meditation, design, inventing, gardening, and serving people are all excellent ways to express your love to Her.

If we treat Nature with love and respect, what will She not give? Here the nature spirits are full of love. Even if you laugh at them, injure their icons, break their fingers or hands, they will tell you, “You can’t hurt us. We will plant the seed of love into you.”

Her rituals have been held secret for hundreds of years. Why? Because the powers of love flow to Her devotees whoever they are. So fear has been used to prevent people from joining in Her wonderful Cakra pūjās. Because She has allowed it now, we are teaching them to you, especially the young and bold to venture into the dawn of Love, Service, Light, and Peace.

You could not have come here earlier without Her call. Respond to it with your heart, not with your mind. It is OK to love all, laugh, hug, dance, and sing here. Take photos and videos and carry happy memories. Better still, you can buy the CDs which have high-quality pictures of all the icons. Or take home rare audios and videos of learning rituals to home.

Our prayer to you is: Express gratitude through personal service to Goddess for the rare gift of life she gave you; without which, no other gift is worth anything. Choose beauty and harmony. Love yourself for being what you are. Love your environment the same way. Beauty, harmony, and healing are to be celebrated here. Help us to serve you better through your loving service to Mā’s abode at Devipuram.

Peace be with you. Today I dedicate Her Pīṭham at Her feet. She is the real Guru here always. Whatever puṇya I did, I give it to all of life seeking Mā’s grace.

How this shows up in Kaula practice

Guruji's message touches the three parts of Kaula practice. Inside, he asks for honesty and for being who you really are. In nature, he asks us to treat the world with love and respect. Outside, he speaks of the Sri Chakra and of worship in a circle.

He also names the worship of Kanyas and Suvasinis. In this path, this kind of worship is only ever done with willing, consenting adults, and a Kumari taking part must be over 18. This page does not describe how it is done.

A simple way to take the message home is the one he gives: express gratitude through service, and choose beauty and harmony in your own surroundings.
