In this tradition, the Sri Chakra is not only an outer diagram. It lives in the body itself, and the nine fold worship, moving layer by layer toward the center, is done there as much as it is done on any outer image.
This is one of the central practices of Sri Vidya, and it is held through the body, in a private, guided, and consensual practice.
People already familiar with Sri Vidya, or drawn to a structured, layered practice rather than a single ritual.
